Mr. Brennan has almost three decades of experience dedicated to representing insurance companies and their policyholders. Mr. Brennan has focused his practice on general civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance defense litigation.
Mr. Brennan has extensive experience handling a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including those relating to worker’s compensation, personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, both commercial and residential property liability, and construction defects. Mr. Brennan also has many years’ experience as lead subrogation attorney for an insurance carrier. He travelled extensively to facilitate and oversee onsite inspections of commercial and residential properties relating to fire and water damage claims, successfully recovering millions of dollars for the company.
Mr. Brennan has worked as in-house counsel and for independent law firms where he has provided regular consultation and directly managed litigation on behalf of the insurance carrier. He has effectively represented clients at depositions, examinations under oath, mediations and arbitrations. He has participated in all aspects of both jury and non-jury trials in courts throughout the Commonwealth and has litigated both insurance defense and subrogation cases in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Mr. Brennan also has experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. He has prepared clients for and conducted depositions, examinations under oath, and successfully participated in mediations and arbitrations. He has also recruited, consulted with, and retained experts in different disciplines in support of clients’ personal injury claims.
