Elise Marshall Obtains Directed Verdict for Defendant

Jury Trial – In November of 2021, Elise Marshall successfully obtained a judgment in favor of her client during Jury Trial, after moving for Directed Verdict. The negligence action involved Plaintiff’s claim of personal injuries and damages stemming from a motor vehicle accident with the Defendant. At the close of Plaintiff’s evidence, the defense moved for a directed verdict citing Plaintiff’s failure to meet her burden in proving the Defendant was the registered owner of the vehicle involved.
